-We fulfill many customer orders through third-party vendors.
-We do not guarantee stock availability, delivery times, or product specifications, as they are subject to the supplier's terms and inventory.
-All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
-Shipping and tracking details may come directly from the third-party supplier.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
-Product descriptions and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
-However, prices and availability are subject to change based on third-party supplier data.
-We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of price or stock discrepancies.
-All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
-We rely on third-party services for shipping. Shipping times and methods may vary.
-Any shipping delays or issues are subject to the policies of the supplier or carrier involved.
-We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or events outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
-Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, for any reason.
To cancel, contact us in writing or by email at halcyonsprings@outlook.com.
You must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
Return Exceptions:
Items that are perishable, personalised, or made to order may not be eligible for return.
Items returned damaged or used may be subject to a deduction from your refund.
We will coordinate return requests in line with the supplier’s return policy
7. No Affiliation
Halcyon Springs is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third party vendors or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Any use of the name of vendors is solely for the purpose of identifying the source of products or fulfillment services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, product listings, graphics, etc.) is the property of Halcyon Springs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

-Issues resulting from third-party suppliers, including delays, quality concerns, or shipping errors.
